Acupuncture

A method of therapy used by the Chinese many thousands of years ago where it involves using fine needles to make lesions in certain areas of the body along the different meridians to activate the built-in survival mechanisms that normalizes homeostasis and promotes self-healing through the flow of qi.

Q: What is acupuncture and what does it feel like?

A: A method of therapy used by the Chinese many thousands of years ago where it involves using fine needles to make lesions in certain areas of the body along the different meridians to activate the built-in survival mechanisms that normalizes homeostasis and promotes self-healing through the flow of qi. It is generally a pain-free procedure but a slight sensation may be felt on certain body parts that are more sensitive than others. All needles used in this clinic are disposable one-time use and sterilized in its own individual package. Acupuncture is a safe and effective form of therapy widely used to treat various conditions ranging from peripheral neuromuscular pain to internal disorders.
